So, after installing the KB5006674 update, you are going to start experiencing a lot of issues with your printing process, especially when it comes to network printers.

Print Nightmare has now also arrived in Windows 11, which kind of completes the cycle, seeing how it affects almost all versions of Microsoft’s operating system.

The issue is affecting Windows 10, versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, 1909, 1809, Enterprise LTSC 2023, 1607, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7 SP1.

If we’re talking Server versions, then know that 2023, 20H2, 2004 version, 1909, 1809, and 2008 SP2 are also affected by this issue.

Windows 11 is no exception, so now, users that upgraded to Microsoft’s latest operating system also have to deal with these problems.

Print Text Messages With a Screenshot

The screenshot approach is probably the easiest. It doesn’t require any other apps, or connections to other devices. And if you have Google Cloud Print set up, you can print straight from your phone.

Find the SMS conversation you want to print. Then capture a screenshot of the conversation on your Android. If the conversation goes beyond one screen, just scroll and continue taking screenshots to the end. You might also consider capturing a scrolling screenshot.

Find the screenshot you saved, and select the Share icon at the bottom. Find the cloud printer you’ve set up and tap the app. 

This will open the cloud printer where you can send the SMS conversation screenshots.

If you don’t have cloud print set up for your Android, you can select email on the share screen. Send the screenshot to your email address so you can open it and print it from your computer or wherever you have access to a printer. You could also transfer the screenshot to your computer using your cloud storage service like Google Drive or OneDrive.

If you usually struggle to print anything from your phone, there’s another option that might work better for you. You can simply access your text messages from your computer, and then print them from there.

One of the easiest ways to do this is if you have a Windows 10 PC. You can use the Your Phone Companion app. You can download and install Your Phone Companion for Android. You’ll also need to install the Your Phone Windows app on your PC.

Note: While there’s no Your Phone app for iPhone, you can use the SMS Export app on iTunes to export your messages to your PC as a CSV or XML file and print them there.

The reevaluation report is meant to indicate whether or not the student continues to need special education services. Teachers need to report how the student is performing compared with non-disabled students of the same age. For services to continue, a gulf between actual and expected performance should be obvious. If anecdotal information is included, it should be specific. Perhaps a student is helpful in the classroom. This should be quantified. A student might be assigned five daily chores, and the teacher can use the list to record how many chores this student completes, or how many redirections are needed. The records can become additional present-level information. If a student has a negative attitude about school and this affects performance, the teacher can quantify this through a survey about school satisfaction. Again, the results would be easy to transfer.

Being explicit is more than a best practice. Documents such as reevaluation reports and IEPs demand specific and detailed information. Filling or padding these documents with unquantifiable praise doesn’t help anyone make or implement plans for students.
